Understanding our users, product and market while gaining valuable insight + getting down and dirty with building soft and hardware prototypes.

We are looking for a talented profile with a high professional integrity who’s craving a journey that’s a little different than the average 9-5.

At Teton.ai you will be working with actual patients and hospital staff as well as development. You will have a big impact on the design decision of the product. 

It's crucial that you are comfortable with human interaction in uncomfortable situations. Being able to communicate and synthesize relevant insight from uses is alpha omega, but at Teton.ai you will be part of a smaller team and the assignments can vary in character – so it’s super important that you are self-driven and comfortable with jumping on a project and helping when need be.

Your 100 first days with us will look something like this -

You get to know your new colleagues, and who does what within Teton.ai.

You will be set up with a nice work area with plenty of space to make your own. You will be introduced to our team management system and all that good stuff.

You will learn about the company from many angles, so you understand the mission and way we intend to get there. You will start getting familiar with our first product – and what's important for next stages of research and development from the UX side. 

When you are familiar with where we are headed, now it’s time to dig in –  we will bring you along on a hospital visit where you will be thrown in the fire right away. 

Getting to know the users, strategically planning the next steps for getting the most out of the coming interactions. You will be working alongside the rest of the team in bringing forth insights and prototypes for testing in real hospital settings.

In a short while you’ll get the hang of leading projects and research in the company. You will have participated in a few Teton.ai activities outside the office and it will start feeling like home for you.

After 100 days we hope you –

Will have a great understanding of the product and the company. Leading projects in UX and UI and influencing the way we work at teton.ai - Your work will be testing at hospitals around Denmark.

Need to have:

Experience with –

·        UX/service design  

·        UI Frontend (Flutter or similar) and prototyping (Framer or similar)

·        Qualitative research/user oriented research 

Nice to have: 

Experience with –

·     Quantitative research and insight creation

·     Medical space, hospital and the medical device world

·     Facilitate workshops and creative sessions
