After several years of research and development we now offer solutions to address pollution challenges in a range of environments. Our growth has created the new position of CTO. Reporting to the CEO and working as part of the Exco team, you will help to shape and execute the roadmap for the company's exponential growth. You will also lead and grow the company's product development and research teams.


The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. It's essential that you're a strong team leader, able to get the best from your team by providing direction and motivation and ensuring that creative collaboration continues through this phase of rapid growth.

The role is based in Copenhagen with regular travel including to London.

It's a broad based role, and the successful candidate will have experience across several of the following areas;

 

·      Mechatronics, in particular fan technologies

·      Micro-processors and embedded software

·      Data analytics and data modelling

·      Solid-state sensor technology

·      Material Science/Nano technology

·      Chemical engineering

·      Control systems

 

Since the team already possess in depth specialist skills it's not essential to have experience in all of these areas. However, it is essential to you have held the position of CTO previously.

 

A relevant masters degree (such as Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering) is essential, as is experience in engineering roles.
