Responsibilities

• You will join a young company with a small diverse, experienced, and data-minded team.

• You will be the second dedicated data scientist in the company.

• You will get to build and iterate our data product in short iterations and ship new data models and analytics to customers every day.

• You will play a central role in the company working in collaboration with UX design, engineers, and founders in finding the best solutions for our customers.

• You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and customers to understand customers’ current and future needs.

• You will report directly to the CTO and co-founder.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a data scientist or a similar role.

• You are pragmatic - understand that great product happens in the cross-section between business, technology, and UX

• You love simple - you make complicated things simple

• You get excited by analyzing new data and make sense of the complex data.

• You are a SQL expert. We use Google BigQuery and Dataform, but experience with AWS Redshift and Data Build Tool is equally relevant.

• You have real-world experience in implementing Machine Learning models or other predictive analytics algorithms. If you have worked with attribution algorithms before make sure to mention it.

• You have experience coding Python. Our data pipeline is built using Python and our AI engine will be built using BigQuery ML and various Python libraries.

• Understand that there is more to data science than simply building machine learning models
