Hey, we're Shield - stats and analytics for LinkedIn, Software-as-a-Service 👋 We're looking for a Customer Success intern to help proactively design and develop solutions and answers to customer challenges and pains, prior to them arising, to help boost customer happiness and retention, ultimately to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
We're a Copenhagen based tech startup with a multinational team with a diverse mix of backgrounds - personally, educationally and professionally. We help companies empower their employees to become brand ambassadors, and we help professionals build and grow personal brands. We do this through a commercial dashboard solution, bringing stats and analytics to LinkedIn through Software-as-a-Service.
You live in Copenhagen. And you likely study here. Something related to business, communication, project management, etc. You're interested in tech and you're great at communicating. You're empathetic and understand that talking to customers is not about you or us, but about them. And you're there to help make their life easier, thus driving successful adoption of our product.
In other words, you will be very much hands on with our customers.
You come to the office with the rest of us. Here, you work on understanding where our customers already struggle, and where they could potentially struggle in the future. You work on how we can proactively create solutions, content, etc. to educate and entertain our customers around their use of LinkedIn and our platform, to reduce friction and increase customer satisfaction.
After your own onboarding to the company, you will be responsible for activating and growing your own customer accounts in Shield with full autonomy of how you do this. You will report directly to a designated supervisor within our team who will support you and help you avoid the most obvious pitfalls when you're new in the role and company.
Your work is critical to activate our customers and users, as well as have them expand and increase their usage of our product.

The position begins as an unpaid internship for 3 months and is estimated to 15 hours per week spread across two full working days (9-16). For the right candidate, we will move on to a part-time, paid student position and onwards from there.
Despite this being an internship, we see you as an equal. We won't micro-manage you, and we expect a certain level of autonomy and initiative to get yourself unstuck. You will sit with the entire team in an open office space and learn as we go. But you must be able to execute, not just strategize, plan and recommend. We need operators.
We are flexible around exam periods and do allow for remote work when/if this is more convenient.
You will be joining the team at our Copenhagen office, located centrally at Nørrebro close to the lakes and public transportation (literally right outside the door). We recommend biking, though.

You likely study at one of the Universities in or around Copenhagen. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
