Swappie is now looking for an Account Manager to join our ambitious eight person Supply team. Swappie is building a marketplace for refurbished smartphones bringing the circular smartphone economy to the masses and enabling everyone to consume electronics more sustainably. Working as an Account Manager in the Supply team is all about achieving business objectives by ensuring an efficient, reliable and profitable supply of phones at all times. You get to work together with some of the world’s largest telecommunications companies, distributors and traders. 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Manage, develop and strengthen our existing international supplier relationships

• Conduct quantitative profitability analysis to ensure every need meets internal profitability targets

• Provide analysis and forecasts for further development of the supply function, and help develop processes and tools.

• Develop a thorough understanding and generate insights of the used smartphone industry

WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

• A proven track record and considerable experience in account management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and either in French, German or Swedish 

• Truly proficient Excel skills (experience from some BI tool is seen as a plus)

 A background in telecommunications industry or experience in project management is considered as an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is strong in building relationships across both internally and externally. You will enjoy this role if you are used to working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once. You like to build structures where there is none, and you are a natural problem solver.
