The Challenge

You’ll be joining a company that is growing rapidly and expanding into new areas, so expect exciting challenges from the get-go. You’ll also be the first dedicated Technical Content Writer to join the company, directly reporting to the Director of Content who’s in charge of our tone-of-voice and content strategy. 

You’ll be responsible for researching highly technical subject matter and expressing technical information in written form that is comprehensible to a wide audience of readers. In addition to this you will get the opportunity to create compelling white papers, articles, ebooks, and other forms of content. To do this successfully you will interact with the development and enterprise teams in order to formulate the company’s vision to an enterprise audience.

The Tech 

What you bring: A proven experience of delivering high-quality written content of a technical nature in a way that is both informative and also appealing to potential business partners in the enterprise segment. It’s a requirement for this role that you have in-depth knowledge with software development, coding, and traditional CMS workflows. We’re looking for someone with native-level English proficiency.

 Who you are: Proactive and motivated by challenges. You thrive when presented with complex information. You’re systematic and detail-oriented and you think the term ‘nerd’ is a compliment (just like we do).
