Swappie is building a marketplace for refurbished smartphones bringing the circular smartphone economy to the masses and enabling everyone to consume electronics more sustainably. We’re now looking for a Swedish speaking customer success specialist to join our team at our Helsinki office.

We've been operating in Sweden for over two years now, and as the market grows bigger, we need more talent to our Customer Success team to help us grow further.  

Working hours in this role are between 13-21 on weekdays and we hope you can start in the job as soon as possible. This is a part-time role with a minimum working hours 30 hours per week. 

What you will work on:

• Answer customer tickets via phone, chat and other platforms

• Build an outstanding customer experience for our Swedish customers

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Native-level Swedish and excellent communication skills in English

• Customer service mindset 

• Previous experience in customer service in Swedish is seen as a plus!
