Linkfire is looking for a full-time Senior Product Owner to support our missions to optimize our data and monetize our traffic. You will join us to continue improving our user journey and to develop new and exciting features for the 140+ Million fans which we bring closer to their favorite artists every month.

The Role:
As Senior Product Owner at Linkfire, your responsibility is to understand and communicate the product objectives, to identify key initiatives that will enable us to reach and exceed our targets, to streamline the work in your team, and report on the impact that you’ve made.
We highly value everyone who interacts with our products and services and we want to make sure they have a good experience doing so. That’s why we want you to know and understand our clients, partners, and fans in order to build empathy and use it as a factor in strategizing.
We count on you to set the bar high when it comes to how we track, monitor, report on the key metrics of success, and how we identify opportunities based on those reports. If you have experience rooted in data management or Ad-tech, it will be a huge plus in our consideration.
We work with SCRUM-inspired practices that we have tailored to our needs. We run in two-week sprint cycles and a dual-track workflow, with discovery and development tracks running in parallel. We look to you to implement and adapt these processes for your team. We are moderately output-driven, and we want to increase our focus on validating our ideas and concepts before we develop them and you will become a key driver in perfecting this process.
Last, but not least, it’s crucial that you do all this in collaboration with all the relevant stakeholders and the management team at all times. Moreover, your release plans are clear and well communicated - so we are all working in the same direction.
Responsibilities:
Together with the Head of Product, derive the product goals from the business strategy, implement and own the relevant product mission
Understand the needs of our clients, partners, fans, and internal stakeholders in order to include it in the decision-making process
Work with the team on grooming, planning, and review ceremonies
Work with testing and validating new ideas and experiments fast
Ensure that there’s a clear direction and a well-defined goal for the team to deliver on
Own the product roadmap, coordinate releases, and ensure value-driven prioritization of the backlog
Handle internal and external stakeholders’ communication.
Abilities and Skills:
You have 5+ years of Product Owner experience, including new product development
A thoroughly structured approach to the day-to-day workflow
Good understanding of how to work with multiple data systems to create business insights
Previous experience as a Technical Product Owner with large data volumes or from an AdTech company is considered a big plus
Solid, razor-sharp communication skills and the ability to convey a complex set of information in an easy and digestible fashion
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
General mindset of being agile and the know-how of the tools to implement said mindset.
Knowledge of dual-scrum workflows or eagerness to learn it is a plus
