You'll be joining a fast-growing start-up company that's on a mission to change the office furniture industry as we know it today.
The company has just moved office to a new location at Islands Brygge, from here you can enjoy the water and a new prospering area with lots of cafés, restaurants, and an enormous rooftop!
Who are you?
You are an enthusiastic sales leader with a strong sales background who is eager to build and manage a high-performing team of passionate sales talents and grow the customer base in Denmark.
As the first sales hire, you know that nothing will get done before you do it yourself. Therefore, it is crucial not only to have a high level of energy but also to be very thorough and data-oriented.
What will you be doing?
You will be reporting to the CEO and working closely with the management team to develop and implement the sales strategy in Denmark. You'll have day-to-day management of the entire sales process, everything from cold calling to customer success.
You will be part of building an ambitious, motivating, and fun sales environment. Aside from taking responsibility for the team and being involved in improving the sales approach, you enjoy working hands-on with outbound sales yourself. Specifically, you will:
Manage and drive sales targets and performance.
Take the lead and scale the outbound cold calling activities in Denmark.
Take the operational role yourself, establish first contact with potential clients/partners through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, etc.).
Professionalize and develop the outbound sales processes by developing new concepts, forecasting, action plans, methods, manuscripts, value propositions, etc. that reflect the customers' needs.
Develop management reporting on activities and KPIs.
Manage and grow a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
Native Danish language skills and proficiency in English.
2+ years hands-on experience with outbound sales.
Experience in contacting leads via multiple channels.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing, fast-growing environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
