OMNI is a Furniture as a Service platform that makes sustainable, ergonomic, and attractive office furniture easily accessible to companies, enabling them to create better work environments and improve sustainability by keeping high-quality, lasting furniture in circulation. Following the large increase of employees working from home due to COVID-19, we are providing a scalable and convenient solution for planning, implementing, and servicing subscription furniture for employees’ home offices.
We are looking for a strategic, resourceful, and structured Head of Operations officer to oversee our operational processes and take the lead with our CEO and CTO to create a phenomenal end-to-end furniture as a service experience for our customers.
You will, together with the management team, define the needs and requirements for the next phase of the company.
The key focus will be to create and optimize our operating capabilities, develop and employ strategies to build and grow a resilient team and organization, lead and oversee our operations, sourcing and fulfillment, assist in compiling the company's budget, and employ strategies to safeguard our assets and expand our operations, both with national and international focus. You will team up with the rest of management to implement business strategies, as they are developed and evolved.
