Working closely with the C-suite and department heads, you will be required to assist with a variety of tasks with a primary focus on talent search, HR, and driving office change.
Job Description:
Managing initial stages of recruitment process: job postings, LinkedIn search, screening, and scheduling interviews for managers;
Coordinate and manage employee contracts;
Improve employee satisfaction in the workplace through team events & Friday bars;
Help drive sustainable thinking within the workplace through sustainable practices, such as organising monthly giving back days.
20-25 hours per week
Minimum 9 month contract
6,000 DKK p/m
