Planday is looking for a skilled senior integrations engineer. You will join an international, skilled, cross-functional and self-driven product team that includes developers, designers and product managers.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop Planday Open APIs using the OpenAPI Specification and .netcore (C#).

• Design and develop various components of Planday integrations platform like webhooks, data transformation services, import and export services

• In collaboration with the internal team, customers and partners design, implement and maintain integrations between Planday and third-party systems like POS or payroll

• Create clean, concise, robust, maintainable code across multiple platforms

• Contribute to solutions that help scale our platform to meet the demands of our rapidly growing partner base

• Provide technical expertise from the integration perspective, working alongside other developers

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Strong experience developing APIs with ASP.NET Core

• Solid understanding of API design and documentation principles. Specific experience with Swagger (OpenAPI Specification) is a bonus

• Strong experience of working on platforms with heavy focus on data, exchanging with external systems and databases.

• Knowledge of relational database concepts like SQL, indexes and constraints, transactions and object-relational mapping. Specific experience with MS SQL Server is a bonus

• Working experience in structured development and build environments (continuous integration, automated testing, etc).

• Frontend development skills with a modern framework (like React, Angular or Vue) are required

• Experience building modern distributed systems with service-oriented or microservice architecture is a bonus

• Experience with message bus technologies (like RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus) and web hooks is a bonus.
