This isn't a regular student job. As a Junior Marketing Consultant at Accelerace, you’ll be given the responsibility, resources and tools to work with some of Europe’s most promising startups on a project-by-project basis through our Growth Marketing Service. Instead of performing repetitive tasks, you’ll get the opportunity to work with a wide range of marketing-related projects, e.g. paid advertisement, marketing strategies, website optimization and marketing material design.

Who we look for

We're looking for 2 ambitious and talented students with a growth marketing mindset to support startups in the Accelerace and Symbion network that want to power up their growth marketing. 

The most important thing is that you’ve an eagerness to learn, a hands-on mentality, a passion for entrepreneurship and that you take responsibility and actively engage in your tasks with the ambition to deliver the best results. We imagine that you’re a top student on min. 5th semester of your Bachelor’s or beginning of your Master’s, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent. Fluency in English is required. The two profiles we’re particularly interested in are:

Strategic Communicator 

You’re a creative wordsmith that writes texts that convince and convert - always with a well-thought-out strategy in the back of your head. Common projects for this profile includes:

• Write copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, SoMe etc.

• Develop marketing strategies

• Improve search engine rankings for websites

Digital Marketer 

You're data-driven and focused on channel experimentation. Plus points for coding skills. Common projects for this profile includes:

• Plan, set up and monitor online campaigns 

• A/B testing to maximize campaigns

• Use Google Analytics to track, report and act on the data

Good to know
