Tech lead / full stack developer with CTO potential. Do you want responsibility and influence on the development of the future recruitment platform, Recruitio... We are looking for a senior developer, who can develop our amazing SaaS recruitment platform and help take it to the next level.


We are a small dedicated team with HQ in Charlottenlund. We have happy customers on the platform and exciting roadmap of new development and we are super ambitious.


Who are we?

Recruitio is led by Stine (the founder) who has worked in recruitment all her professional life, and Rolf who was previously a Business Angel with two successful exits behind him. We want to build a company that will help organizations hire the right people for the right job.


The position

Your focus will be the future development and ongoing optimization of the platform and being the tech lead for our new developers.

Some of your first tasks will be

Being a link between development and the business

Prioritize and coordinate development tasks

Development of new features on the platform

Performance optimization and version management


We are looking for you ...

Who has experience with SaaS systems and in-depth knowledge of PHP frameworks.

As a person, you are innovative, thorough, and good at motivating your colleagues. Your own motivation is knowing; that YOUR personal effort makes the difference.

In addition, you have experience with these systems:

Object-oriented PHP

Relational databases (MySQL)

HTML

CSS

Javascript


And you are familiar with most of the following competencies:

PHP frameworks (We use Laravel)

Digital Ocean or Amazon web services

Server administration

Git

Agile project management

Web security

Bootstrap CSS framework

SASS

jQuery

Unit testing
