Be our Google Ads and Facebook Ads go-to person. Set up, manage and continuously optimise multiple campaigns in scale to maximise conversions and minimise acquisition cost.
Analyse data of each campaign and compare results between Google Ads and Facebook Ads to provide insights for budget allocations across paid channels, markets, demographic and devices.
Run A/B tests and manage an experiment board.
Manage the creation of conversion-focused landing pages to optimise the ad performance.
Install tracking to enable the marketing team to analyse the conversion results and the sales team to follow up with leads.
Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities to support both SEM and SEO.
Create weekly and monthly reports to share any highlights/learnings, and provide insights for next tests.
3+ years of digital agency experience with a proven track record in paid ads that drives high ROI growth.
Strong understanding of the web ecosystem and user journey.
Experience in managing one or more of these channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO.
Ability to work independently to identify conversion opportunities, explore ideas, and prioritise tests.
Data oriented, having a sound understanding of web user behaviour and its analytics, can monitor and execute campaigns based on performance data.
Eager to test new marketing tactics and initiatives, using data to analyse and optimise outcomes.
In-depth experience with tools, e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce, Hotjar, Mailchimp, and certain experience with Intercom, SEMrush, Wordpress.
Excellent written English skills, ability to produce high-quality ad copy. An additional European language will be a plus.
