We combine complex scientific areas such as nanotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, optics, and hardware and software engineering in developing the next generation of point-of-care testing for infectious diseases.
The job
We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Assistant for the Sales & Marketing Team that plays numerous key roles in developing business opportunities, sales support and participating in activities around applying and managing grants.
The Business Development & Sales Assistant will work closely and be the main support to the CEO of BluSense Diagnostics. The position requires a skill of creating complex reports, and ability to keep track of numerous details, and strong communication and planning skills.
Your responsibilities
Customer support, including replying to enquiries, providing product updates, and complaint handling.
Preparing and updating financial projections, business strategies and analyses
Drafting grant applications and grant reporting
Sales coordination and communication
Exploration of new business opportunities, including communication to new potential distributors and researching new applications
Various ad hoc tasks, such as preparation of reports to the boars, assistance in preparation for management meetings and their scheduling
Ensure that project deliverable and documentation are in compliance with BluSense Diagnostics QMS
Your qualifications
MA in Business Administration or similar or background in biotechnology or similar
Ideally, you have some experience in sales/assistance to management/ or other relevant position
Good understanding of MedTech business and trends
Your personal skills
Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
Strong team spirit and enthusiasm
Structured and has the ability to keep a clear overview
Detail-oriented
Strong communications and planning skills
