Do you speak native-level French and want to work in one of the fastest growing startups in Europe? Swappie is now looking for a French speaking customer success specialist for Belgian and Swiss market to join our team at our Helsinki office. In this role your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone and developing our customer service experience further with your effort.

Swappie is building a marketplace for refurbished smartphones that makes buying and selling pre-owned electronics easy and safe. We're now expanding internationally and soon taking over Belgium and Switzerland. You would be the first person working on our customer service for the Belgian and Swiss market from our office in Helsinki, so you would be in a unique position developing our CS in Belgium and Switzerland from the very beginning. So, be ready for constant change and improvement!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Answer customer tickets via phone, chat and other platforms

• Build an outstanding customer experience for our Belgian and Swiss customers

• Partner with our Production team to troubleshoot Belgium and Switzerland specific cases, escalating issues when necessary

• Interface with our Product and Engineering team, reporting bugs and ensuring that customers have a clear way to navigate across our website

• Translations from English to French and commenting on Belgium and Switzerland specific texts, identifying areas for improvement

WHO YOU ARE

• You have the ability to learn fast and adapt to a fast paced startup environment

• You speak French at a native-level and have great communication skills in English as well

• You have a self-starter attitude

• You love working in a team environment and are able to work on projects independently

• Previous experience in customer service in Belgium or Switzerland with French language is seen as a plus!
