Graduateland has offices in Denmark's largest co-working space Symbion and we are a team of 21 international colleagues across sales, campaign, product & tech, marketing and leadership. The sales team consists of 7 FTEs across Enterprise Account Management, SMB Sales and New Business Development. The campaign team is responsible for sales enablement, B2B advertising and campaign execution, and consists of 4 FTEs.
The Team Lead role oversees 11 FTEs in total (with a plan to expand the team according to market demand) and reports directly to the CCO. The role is also directly involved in the planning and execution of our commercial strategy, in close collaboration with the CEO and Co-Founder of Graduateland. Below are some of the skills and criteria that contextualise who we think would be successful and enjoy this role:
Tasks
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and organisational key results
Sales people management with learning & development objectives via 1:1s
Planning and execution of Go-to-Market strategies with CCO and CEO
Aligning B2B marketing activities and sales team efforts
Scaling new business development across markets / products
Qualifications
People management experience within sales organisation
Demonstrated tangible B2B tech sales growth and results
Interviewing, hiring and onboarding of sales FTEs
Planning and / or informing Go-to-Marketing strategies
Experience with HR clients or platform-based tech companies
Motivated by mentoring others and delivering tangible business impact
You have 2+ years of experience within a similar role
