bmetric provides the technology, the service, and the expertise to enable businesses to achieve specific goals in sales and customer service. This is done via our unique solutions that apply cross-channel data, to model and enhance customer journeys between websites and contact centres.
bmetric’s Copenhagen office is made up of our Sales & Marketing team, a portion of our Development team, Account Management, and a whole lot of Customer Success. This role is part of our Customer Success team.
We’re seeking candidates for a part-time (around 15 hours per week) Junior Customer Success Manager.
Your main responsibility will be to implement new customer journey setups and to edit existing setups based on requirements from the Account Managers.
This role does require training in our software, it is important that you are available for this training in the early stages of your role.
To match the required skills and mindset for this position, you:
must be able to speak and write in fluent English
must be currently studying at a Bachelor/Masters level, or similar, with at least 2 years left of your studies (no specific Bachelor/Masters subject matter is required).
must have a basic understanding of HTML/CSS and some Javascript knowledge is a plus, though it's not required.
might also have tried various split-testing-tools and/or behavioural website monitoring systems.
should be open minded and enjoy learning. You should also be ready to take on any challenges thrown your way.
