Hello Retail was formed in 2013 and thousands of web shops in the Nordics and Benelux have chosen our Personalization engine. We are a fully managed SaaS solution which means that we are not just a platform. We take care of our customers from A-Z making sure that they get the most out of working with us.
The product is based on a solid experience of Customer service, ecommerce CRO and Big Data / AI / Machine Learning – call it whatever you like – we like to name it intelligence :-). A product built from the ground up, now serving thousands of successful ecommerce businesses in several markets.

If you do not know Copenhagen already, the capital of Denmark oozes of atmosphere, lots of shopping, restaurants and cafées, and cool hangout places. You can cross Copenhagen by bike or electrical scooters in no time to go for street food, maybe even kayaking in the canals, or ice skating in the winter time. Copenhagen and Denmark is world famous for the world’s happiest habitants and the crime rate is close to zero.
The office is 2 minutes from the central station with the best view you can find in Copenhagen, Penthouse floor on the Buen building.
Your role in Hello Retail
The AE position for the US market is a part of our new market strategy why your experience in sales is key for this position.
You will work closely with the US sales manager and your other new colleagues to build and scale the US market.
We presume that you already are capable of handling the entire sales process from prospecting to first contact with the decision maker, on to pitching and closing the deal.
You will be talking to potential customers through your own prospecting, through future scheduled meetings by the Business Development representative and through future inbound marketing initiatives.
Once you have concluded an agreement, you will hand over the customer to our Account Management team, which assumes responsibility for the technical implementation and ongoing account management. You will keep key customers yourself to ensure that you keep a high level of product and optimization knowledge and you will learn the processes for this through help from your colleagues.
It is important that you have strong sales and negotiation skills, and that you can adapt to the different personalities that you meet during the sales process.
Further expectations:
Preferably, you are native American or English is your mother tongue and you have proven track record from value-based sales to B2B clients - preferably within Saas solutions.
Knowledge of selling to the US market
You know how to ask and listen - and only then demonstrate the capabilities of your product
And therefore, knowledge of SPIN Selling is a plus
You work independently and set high standards for yourself.
You are disciplined in your duties and understand the importance of CRM.
You know it requires efforts and team spirit to ensure a profit-creating and fun workplace.
You like to listen to music and perhaps even have fun with your colleagues on Fridays
