Copenhagen and Denmark is world famous for the world’s happiest habitants and the crime rate is close to zero.
The office is 2 minutes from the central station with the best view you can find in Copenhagen, Penthouse floor on the Buen building.
Your role in Hello Retail
You will work closely with the CSO, the other Country Sales Managers and your other new colleagues to enable you to scale the US market.
You will be responsible for establishing the US team and help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth target. You are not afraid to grab the phone to call prospects and thereby lead the way. Once the team is established, they will follow the leader.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
You will furthermore be responsible for the following:
Develop the sales strategy for the US team together with the CSO
Develop and Execute the market strategy to ensure speedy and optimal market penetration.
Identify market needs, market shifts, competitors and develop market approach according hereto.
Build and promote strong customer relationships by partner strategically partnering with them and understanding their needs
Report sales and performance to the CSO on a weekly basis
Leading the US recruitment process to ensure we find the proper candidates for future hirings
Help your team grow their skillset
The optimal candidate:
You speak English fluently.
Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated management skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Knowledge of SPIN selling is definitely a plus
