DESCRIPTION

Do you want to develop your customer service and IT skills within an innovative and international company? And are you a Danish speaker?

We are looking for a service-minded individual, to be part of the Customer Success team in Copenhagen. A team of passionate Support Consultants, who strive to give our customers the best support experience.

Someone who can provide timely and effective advice to customers in demanding environment, to support the use of Planday products and services.

YOUR ROLE

  • As our Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate advice to Planday customers in support of Planday products and services.

  • Communicating with customers via our support channels: telephone, online chat and email to resolve or escalate all calls according to Support procedures and SLA.

  • Answering questions about how to use Planday as well as best practice of scheduling and administration.

  • Resolving immediate issues and investigate any underlying problems to identify ‘workarounds’ and permanent fixes, before passing to 2nd line technical support.

  • Ensuring that workarounds, support guides and other documentation is created, maintained and communicated to colleagues.

  • Collaborating closely with colleagues both in your own team and across the business

  • Taking your own initiative in terms of finding the best solutions for your customers and for your team.

  • Analysing issues and requests to identify trends and patterns for feedback as appropriate.

  • Ensuring that your knowledge of Planday products and services is kept up to date. Contribute to and undertake activities for continuous development of your personal skills and knowledge

Essential:

  • Fluent Danish Speaker

  • Effective personal organisation skills - logical and systematic, attention to detail, prioritises workload and resources to achieve deadlines

  • Enthusiastic - consistent energy levels; persistent, remains calm under pressure and able to manage a number of tasks simultaneously

  • Must be able to work as an integral part of a tight knit team and have the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility and enable the open flow of information

Desirable

  • Previous experience of using Planday elsewhere

  • Positive attitude

  • Problem-solving

  • Ability to process and analyse qualitative and quantitative data

  • Language skills such as German, Swedish or Norwegian
