Do you have an interest in strategy, data science, best practices and analytics? We're looking for a data-driven Business Analyst who wants to have an impact on the growth of the company and join us on an adventure. You will be supporting and guiding decisions at market level and help building tools to other teams, gather information about best practices and create database for all teams. What you will work on

• Market strategy: Perform valid and reliable market & strategy research, such as competitor analysis, benchmarking and localization recommendations. 

• Internal templates: Help develop internal models, strategical research to our teams and create templates to our internal usage based on outside information, consultation or our own learnings. 

• Gather, analyze and interpret data, formulate reports and make strategic recommendations to our teams using modern and traditional methods.

Who you are

• You have experience with creating market analysis/strategic analyses/benchmarking, preferably from a high-growth company

• You have knowledge from marketplace, e-commerce or other similar consumer-facing businesses.

• You hold a relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree

• You are strategical, results-driven and have an analytical mindset.

• You have good presentation skills and an independent, proactive way of working

• You love working in a dynamic, results & data-driven environment where change is happening every day. 

• You're able to see the big picture in Swappie’s expansion strategy.
