Need to have:

• English at a business level

• Experience with Zendesk or similar omnichannel systems or other SaaS products

• +2 years of work experience in your field of expertise

• Great people skills but not necessarily an extrovert

• Passion for working in a customer-driven company

Nice to have:

• Native danish or german

• Experience with working in a start-up
