As a financial controller you will be a dedicated finance person at Famly. You will be responsible for a wide range of finance related tasks and help build out the function for future growth. You will be reporting to and working directly with the co-founder and CFO. This is a part-time position of 15-20 hours per week which would be suitable for a student with finance and controlling related studies.

Your tasks will include

• Pay incoming invoices and make bank transfers as required.

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

• Produce Famly subscription invoices to our customers.

• Keep track of outstanding debt.

• Produce any required monthly financial reports of income, expenses and debt.

• Assist in the monthly book keeping process.

• Answer customer queries related to invoices

• Analyse and find ways to optimise Famly's expenses.

Requirements
