You will primarily be working with supporting our meployees (psst... all the fantastic people that work via meploy). You will have to ensure that they understand how meploy works and what is expected from them.
You will also work closely with many of our clients with staffing and helping them set up the right criteria for their job ads, as well as how to utilize our platform in an efficient way.
Assist meploy clients and our community of meployees.
Help maintain an internal and external knowledge base.
Make sure all ploys (jobs) are staffed and find replacements or extra meployees if needed.
Daily contact with clients in order to help optimise their team.
Help with community HR related matters (salary, contract, candidate vetting, incident reports, etc.)
Improve processes, always driving productivity upwards, focussing on providing excellent service, with an eye on data, automation and growth.
Monitor our platform via our ticket system, email and phone.
Lend a helping hand to other business functions, if necessary.
The community support team is divided into 2 shifts, 6 - 14 and 12 - 20, Monday to Friday.
In your application, please state if you can work only mornings, only afternoons or you could do both. Ideally we would like to find people who can do both shifts, to possibly drive a 1 week in the morning and 1 week in the afternoon type of schedule.
As our new Community Supporter you will be part of the Operations team. You must love problem-solving, take big responsibility from day 1 and be adaptable to change. You need to be able to jump between tasks and keep focus when new assignments come in from the left and priorities need to change.

Full professional proficiency in Danish written and spoken is required as 70% of the work will be in Danish.
Experience supporting partners, companies and/or customers.
Comfortable speaking on the phone in an open office space and flexible in regards to working hours.
You can work early mornings (6 - 14) or evenings (12-20) (evening working hours are not set in stone).
You possess a structured approach to your work and the ability to work under pressure.
You are constantly looking into improving our process and creating new solutions of how to work
Able to produce professional written content in Danish and English (job posts, mass emails, etc).
IT capable, data driven and with great attention to detail.
Experience in Human Resources (HR) is a plus, but not a requirement as long as you love talking to people and being helpful.
