Besides coworking, we are delivering various training programs for individuals and companies, creating large corporate partnerships to help grow the ecosystem and innovate organizations, as well as organizing various events.
As we are growing in Denmark, we are now looking for an experienced head for Business Relations & Market Development to join our team. The candidate will lead country sales and work with the entire team in Denmark, in particular with the campus, Innovation School, and corporate Innovation teams, and regularly interact with the global team headquartered in Milan.
Core responsibilities
Lead the revenue growth of all the product lines - coworking, school, and events.
Being responsible for sales and business growth in the market - developing corporate partners portfolio by opening new relationships and business opportunities across Denmark
Establish new relationships and bring onboard decision-makers to create new partnerships, corporate training programs, and impact-driven events
Work with the team to define goals, design proposals, and close new deals
Develop and maintain awareness of the digital tech ecosystem, corporate innovation, and training/education market
Evolve an overall Talent Garden's mission and making it succeed
Core skills
You have an extensive national and/ or regional corporate and institutional network
You enjoy creating new corporate connections and turning them into partnerships
You have natural sales skills
You feel at ease in delivering a presentation, communicating to a wide variety of audiences, and following up on essential administrative tasks
You know how to have fun while you achieve your goals and make yourself available to the team for reaching common results
You know what it takes to build a network. You enjoy outreach - creating new connections and growing them into long-lasting collaborations
What are we looking for?
Revenue / Sales goals and impact-driven mindset
At least 6-7 years of experience in business development, consulting, startup ecosystem development and corporate partnerships or innovation roles
Superior people skills and ability to manage relationships
An experienced team player. Our autonomous and cross-functional team loves to work with passionate individuals and leaders
