Nordic Casual is at the beginning of its journey and to complete our team, we are looking for a Co-Founder/CMO, willing to embark on a journey to establish a successful sustainable unisex brand.
The position involves every aspect of building our business presence in Denmark by executing marketing plans aligned with our core brand values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle the daily social media tasks (posting, analytics, SoMe strategy, etc)
Responsible for the user side of the platform, collecting feedback from the user, creating features that cater to user needs and wishes. This person will be the customer's voice in the company and improve the shopping experience
Defining marketing strategies & business plans
Overseeing of marketing campaigns and implementing large-scale plans in close collaboration with the Creative Director
Identify, build and improve our email marketing
Make sure the website is always up to date both operational and content wise
REQUIREMENTS:
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Interest and strong Motivation to work with Sustainability, Fashion & Retail
Great communication skills
Fluent in English

I have a background in visual design and project management, experience working in the marketing department of an international franchise and in one of the biggest media production companies in Europe.
