We are looking for a financial Swiss-knife to support our organisation in setting up and running our finance department and reporting to senior management and board. You will be responsible for all financial operations in the organisation including bookkeeping, payroll, VAT-reporting, Budgeting, monthly reporting to senior management and board. With refers to the CFO you will join a fast growing company with change to grow and develop in your position.

Responsibilities

• All bookkeeping tasks, including registering expenses, invoices, payroll, reimbursement, balancing the books and bank etc.

• Managing VAT reporting and payments/refunds

• Develop effective procedures for bookkeeping and accounting

• Make financial forecasts, scenarios, budgetting and monthly P&L statements

• Assist management with information vital to the decision-making process

  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• 3-5 years hands-on work experience in financial operations

• Preferably hands-on experience in e-conomic.com

• Proactive, analytical and structured mindset

• Thrive in a dynamic environment, and are willing to pull up your sleeves and assist in both low/high level tasks

• Preferably international accounting experience
