Swappie is building a marketplace for refurbished smartphones that makes buying and selling pre-owned electronics easy and safe. We're now expanding internationally and taking over Denmark. That's why we are now looking for a Danish speaking Customer Success Specialist to join our team at our Helsinki office. You would be among the first Danish customer service agents.

In this role your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone and developing our customer service experience further with your effort.  This is a unique opportunity to develop our customer experience in Denmark. So, be ready for constant change and improvement!

What you will work on

• Answer customer tickets via phone, chat and other platforms

• Partner with our Production team to troubleshoot Denmark-specific cases, escalating issues when necessary

• Interface with our Product and Engineering team, reporting bugs and ensuring that customers have a clear way to navigate across our website

• Comment on Denmark-specific texts, identifying areas for improvement

Who you are

• You have the ability to learn fast and adapt to fast paced startup environment

• You speak Danish fluently and have great communication skills in English as well

• You have a self-starter attitude

• You love working in a team environment but are also able to work on projects independently

• Previous experience in customer service in Denmark is seen as a plus!

• Currently residing in Finland
