Opportunity

Do you want to develop the revolutionary investment app for millennials? As the Software Engineer Intern, you’ll design, code and implement new systems and features. You care about the end-user of the product as much as the developer with who you will collaborate. You'll test your knowledge and skills in a fun, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and gain valuable experience.

Our stack

Server Architecture: Lambda, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk.

API Service: Rest and Websocket through API Gateway.

Microservices: Microservices.

Relational Database: Aurora (MySQL).

Profile

You're pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.

• Solid fundamentals in problem-solving, algorithm design, and system design.

• Experience with cloud computing (ideally AWS) is desired but not required.

• Languages/Syntax: Experience in Python and SQL. Understanding of Rust/Go and Node.js is desirable.

• Familiar with Git for version control.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer Intern who can collaborate with Tech Lead, Frontend Developers, Blockchain Developers, and the product team on performance, functionality, and automation to make the best possible user experience.

This role requires you as a candidate to own the quality of the code you write, with tests that keep the codebase in check. You’ll contribute to the engineering excellence of our systems. We look for someone who is driven to solve problems with new ideas and take action to bring them to life.
