We are looking for a User Acquisition professional with a strong business mindset to take over our Paid social marketing. The UA team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns to drive high growth and improve profitability. In this role you get to play a key role in driving and establishing our paid social strategy, and really make a direct impact on Swappie's rapid growth. You get to work together with the whole marketing team and take widely part in the paid marketing strategy.

What you will work on

• Develop and implement global Paid social strategies to drive acquisition, conversion & efficiency.

• Decide and manage the media mix and marketing channels

• Monitor, optimize and report performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis.

• Identify targeting segmentations, creative solutions to improve acquisition performance.

• Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing.

• Optimize creative, targeting, bids and budgets daily to drive the highest ROI.

Who you are

• You have expert experience with Facebook ads

• You are experienced with handling and making decisions on how to use marketing budgets over €100k per month

• You have worked with growth oriented marketing

• You have worked with KPIs such as ROI, CAC & LTV

• You have a strong business mindset and you're happy to work in a fully English speaking environment
