Swappie is high growth technology company based in Helsinki, Finland, building an end-to-end marketplace for refurbished smartphones. We are now looking for a User Acquisition professional who will focus on driving sales and brand impact with display & video ad campaigns.

The UA team is responsible for the planning, budgeting, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. This position is a great opportunity to influence Swappie's growth through one of our most important marketing channels. You get to work together with the whole marketing team and take widely part in our paid marketing strategy.

What you will work on

• Develop and implement display, video, and audio strategies to drive acquisition, conversion & brand impact

• Budget, drive and optimize global display & video campaigns utilising various channels such as GDN & Youtube

• Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing.

• Decide and manage the media mix and marketing channels.

Who you are

• You have a thorough familiarity with video/display channels (YouTube, general internet display advertising, Google Ads)

• You have hands on experience with video & display campaign optimisation

• You have handled and made decisions on how to use marketing budgets over €100k per month

• You have worked with growth oriented marketing

• You have a strong business mindset and you're happy to work in a fully English speaking environment
