As our Country Manager for Switzerland, your principal responsibility is to manage and grow sales in the area where you are responsible, support our existing customers and create new sales. Our CRM system will provide you with promising sales leads which you will then supplement with your own sales leads. Additionally, you’ll contribute with important market feedback to develop marketing initiatives targeted to your market.

Talk with people every day. Be engaging, be persuasive and be super verbal.
Teach people about Skyfish and learning how their businesses work to make sure we are meeting their every need.
Recognize customer needs, know your product, and customize your sales pitch to meet the customer needs. Be able to tailor your message to your audience.
You will be an important part of product development. Our in-house development team wants to hear your “boots on the ground” experience of what our customers want.
Prepare sales strategies and budgets for your country/region.
Introduce new features and services to customers within your country/region.
Contribute to market data and play an essential role in developing the Skyfish overall sales, marketing and product strategies
Developing and supporting strategic partner and lighthouse customers
Evaluate key metrics
Prepare and determine new pricing and marketing initiatives

Your base will be our offices in Odense, Berlin or a location centrally located in Switzerland.
You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer and you’ll be an essential member of our international sales group.
