As a Content and Customer Delight rep you are a core function of our small team and the service we provide. Your work will include creating personalized meal plans, managing recipe content and communicating with consumers on gastrofy.se. The insight you get from our consumers will influence the product roadmap.

Content and Customer Delight Represenative.

We're looking for a Content and Customer Delight representative for our fast growing business Gastrofy.se. The person we're looking for should be a positive force forward, a doer that enjoys working in a team and making people happy. Since we are a small team we dig in where is needed and we expect that from you too. We want you to be able to take ownership of tasks and since some of the work will be project based, have stong project management skills.

As a Content and Customer Delight Representative you will have daily contact with our consumers (email and text messaging, not phone) for customer support cases and personal shopping. You will also help oversee the recipe content on Gastrofy.se to make sure it has the highest quality.
