At Famly, we’re looking for a part-time Office Manager (10 hours/week) to join our team at Købmagergade in Copenhagen. We need help every Monday to Friday from 11.30-13.30 so you need to be available between these times each weekday. Famly is on a mission to completely transform the childcare industry. We might not be the latest social media influencer platform, AI company, or produce ride-sharing skateboards. But we do work in an industry where the work we do has a very real chance to ease stress, and save time for those who nurture and educate children. 

As an Office Manager at Famly, your key responsibility will be to make sure the everyday life in the office at Købmagergade is running smoothly. That includes setting up lunch and cleaning up afterwards, ordering supplies online, light cleaning when needed (we have a cleaning company taking care of the majority), watering plants etc. 

Who you are:

• We’re an international office, so all communication is in English - you need to be comfortable speaking English with us :) 

• You’re proactive and come up with ideas/things we can do to make everything run a bit more smoothly.

• You are responsible and take charge of your to-do list independently.

• You know how to navigate online so ordering supplies is like a walk in the park for you.

• You’re flexible when it comes to different types of tasks as we might occasionally need help with other jobs around the office.

Who we are: 

Famly is built on transparency, less talk more action, and making sure the person sitting next to you is the one shining, rather than yourself. We care about each other and the work we do, and are a close knit-team of around 40 people, from 10 different countries, most of us sitting in our central Copenhagen office just off Strøget. We eat lunch together every day, and always celebrate with cake. Sometimes with champagne.
