Graduateland is Europe's preferred career network for students & graduates. Market leaders in the Nordics, strong in Europe. Our virtual career fairs are taking off RIGHT NOW!
Graduateland is the preferred career network for students and graduates across Europe. We are market leaders in the Nordics, operating all official university career portals in Denmark, 10 university portals in Sweden, and a few in Norway. Secondly we have a number of partnerships across Europe, making us truly international.
We are at the forefront of how recruitment is evolving - our core product is our plug'n'play job portal for university partners, but we see that real-time engagement is exploding right now!
Universities all over Europe are excited about our whitelabel virtual career fair platform and we're leveraging this new desire [need] to digitise recruitment and event execution.
Thus, we're betting a lot on our proprietary virtual career fairs, which we have been hosting for a few years. Companies all over Europe participate in these online events, and +25.000 students have joined a VCF since we started.
Right now we're looking for a marketing profile who can be part of scaling up our presence across our key markets, with a focus on candidates (as opposed to B2B).
What does this mean? You gotta have a broad experience with a variety of marketing activities but you have to have min ONE hardcore speciality... content marketing, paid, brand building... please elaborate on where you are VERY strong, and from where you have this experience.
Concretely the following tasks will be part of your responsibilities, though not necessarily at the same time. You'll get the responsibility to figure out where to start, and where to 'go deep'.:
Brand building and story telling
User acquisition via job aggregators (Indeed, Jooble etc.)
Setting up content strategy
Social Media to the extend it makes sense (we're strongest on LinkedIn, and need to ramp up on Facebook, Instagram etc.)
Growth hacking via close collab with the Product team
Automation of communication to (re)activate users, e.g. drip email campaigns, app notifications, re-marketing etc
It goes without saying that you need to be proactive, take responsibility, and able to apply a holistic perspective to our marketing efforts. Experience with the following is definitely a plus, though not a necessity:
Digital marketing (paid, owned, earned)
Content marketing
SEO
Creatives and performance campaigns via SoMe
Google Ads
Last, Danish language skills are mandatory, as Denmark is our largest market.
You'll initially be a one-person-army and be able to wear a lot of hats. You need to be able to work individually, though in the nexus of our University Relations team, the Sales team, our Sales Enablement team (where B2B marketing happens), and the Product & Tech team.
Graduateland is a lean team of +20 highly ambitious and enthusiastic individuals. We originate from 6 different countries giving an energetic and international vibe.
Our office is located on Østerbro, Copenhagen.
We're looking to fill the position by August/Sep but don't hesitate to apply today.
