About the role
The Client Success Manager builds relationships with local municipalities, parking companies and companies with a need for parking services, and explains why joining the ParkMan community is the best business decision a parking professional, politician or any company with a car-fleet can make.
You would be building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and help them succeed on the ParkMan platform. Sometimes you will wear the hat of a creative problem solver, sometimes the hat of a patient listener and sometimes the hat of an eager and hungry business developer. We can promise you that your days will not be dull.
What would your main tasks be?
Making sure our partners in Denmark (municipalities and private parking companies) are doing well.
Help Landlords and Parking providers find ways to maximise their revenue by using ParkMan.
Prospecting and sales (B2B)
Account management and key client relationship building
Creating and sending offers
Building new partnerships and cross-promotions
Occasional travel is needed (mainly in Denmark and to our HQ in Helsinki)
What we would appreciate from you?
You’re a great fit for this role if you like value based selling and have an ability to encourage and excite people to try new things. You need to be self-driven and have a strong inner motivation to work hard towards set goals. Great communication skills and a structured approach to life is a big plus. You also need to be fluent in Danish, our company language is English.
