Responsibilities

Assisting the meploy clients/partners and community of workers - meployees - will be your responsibility.

Via our ticket system, you will monitor applications, support meployees, follow up, ensure all ploys (jobs on meploy) are staffed and find replacements if needed.

Improving and developing processes, always driving productivity upwards, focussing on providing excellent service, with an eye on automation and growth.

Validating, collecting and analysing data will be your part of your day.

Requirements

• English proficiency, 70% of the work will be in Danish, so full professional proficiency is required.

• Experience supporting partners, companies and/or customers.

• Comfortable talking on the phone in an open office space and flexible in regards to working hours.

• You can work early mornings. Days will start from 06:00 Monday to Friday.

• You posses a structured approach to your work and the ability to work under pressure.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) is a plus, but not a requirement as long as you love talking to people and being helpful.

• Able to produce professional written content in Danish and English (job posts, mass emails, etc).

• Experience in Key Account Management is a plus.

• IT capable, data driven and with great attention to detail.

• Experience in Recruitment / Interviewing is a plus.
