Swappie is a high growth technology company based in Helsinki, Finland, building an end-to-end marketplace for refurbished smartphones. Now we’re looking for full-time Swedish speaking customer success specialists to strengthen our team during the summer time. Your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone and developing our customer service experience further with your effort.

We’re looking for full-time Swedish speaking customer success specialists to strengthen our team during the summer time. Your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone and developing our customer service experience further with your effort. In addition to customer service tasks, you get acquainted with almost all aspects of our company, such as buying and selling phones, order processing, inventory management and phone maintenance.

Working hours are between 9am and 8pm on weekdays and we hope you can start the job as soon as possible and work until the end of August.

You have

• The ability to learn fast and adapt to fast paced startup environment

• Fluent Swedish skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Self-starter attitude

• Good team working skills

• Previous experience in customer service in Sweden is seen as a plus!
