Billogram aims to take invoicing from some dark corner of the to-do list, to something that fits into your life. The state of our easy, nifty and interactive payment solution means we’re well on our way, but there’s more to be done! We’re determined to improve companies customer experience, while revolutionizing an outdated debt collection industry and becoming the preferred payment provider for all subscription services. No biggie.

We’re Billogram and we do digital invoicing because we think traditional invoicing is lame. It’s basically anxiety on a paper, filled with apprehension (did I pay my invoices? Did our customer get their invoice?) and when done wrong it can waste so much time and energy. Time and energy that both sender and recipient could spend doing something else.

It’s not the easiest thing to solve – we want both sender and recipient to have the best experience possible but since their interests don’t always align it’s up to us to come up with smart solutions to satisfy both parties. And to do that, we need more problem solvers on our team.

We're now looking for a head full of ideas to help us evolve in our desired direction; working together with people from the entire company to bring about the best possible product. As we grow with new and current customers we need to keep a fresh perspective to stay on top and ahead. Therefore we're now looking to strengthen our team with another product manager with grand plans. Someone who is eager to work hard and bring their thoughts to the table, to turn vision into reality for millions of people and companies.

The product management team is still very small, currently with one dedicated product manager, which means there is plenty of room to affect how to structure and work within the area. We therefore hope that you will contribute to improving our ways of working, input gathering, idea generation and more. You will also be an important link between building the product roadmap and preparing features for implementation, in close collaboration with our design researcher, developers and designers. 

 We believe you are: 

• At least 5 years into your product management career, preferably with experience of expanding on a mature product with new innovations

• A good listener and communicator, who’s able to pick up on the pains and wishes of both our organization and our clients 

• Imaginative and visionary, in order to take the product forward, working creatively with both the product and ways of working

• A natural leader, who’s able to sell and realize ideas while staying humble and open to the opinions of others

• Fluent in Swedish

You’ll be working in the product development team, currently 18 people, at our relaxed office in the middle of Stockholm. The position is 100% but with flexible hours and possibility to work remotely if need be.
