ArchitectureQuote is a startup based in Copenhagen, Denmark which aims to disrupt the architecture industry through a modern and optimized approach. Its product is a deal-flow and collaboration platform designed for architects, which aims to help them find new projects by gathering leads from many different sources that are publicly available. From another perspective, ArchitectureQuote aims to make it easier for people who need architectural services to find the right architects.
ArchitectureQuote is looking for a passionate data scientist with experience in data mining, analysis, and building predictive models to help with the development of our product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hands-on development of predictive natural language processing models
Scraping websites and data mining
Cleaning and restructuring of data
Managing large amounts of data
Creating visualizations
Working closely with our backend developers
Thorough testing of your work
Prototyping ideas in order to learn what works and how to elevate concepts to the next level
Effective communication with fellow team members and management
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Knowledge of data science processes and methods
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other programming language used in data science
Experience with frameworks like Tensorflow or Pytorch
Experience with data mining and scraping
Understanding of statistics and machine learning algorithms
Familiarity with Git, Jira, Redmine, or similar project management and issue tracking software
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment, owning deadlines and striving for efficiency
Eagerness to learn new things
Passion for data science
