You will sell Ageras solutions to accounting partners in the Swedish market and establish long lasting partner relationships.
As Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that we keep momentum in Ageras’ growth. This is done by selling Ageras state-of-the-art subscription solutions to partners in Sweden. The partners in the accounting area are Accounting and Bookkeeping Firms.
You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from building your portfolio through generating new partner leads, to executing online and physical solution sales meetings, to closing sales, as well as enhancing and strengthening partner relationships. In the beginning, you can expect to spend around 80% on hunting and 20% on farming.
Specifically, you will expand and maintain Ageras’ partner network through:
Establishing trustworthy partnerships
Having constructive dialogues with new and existing partners
Maintaining partner relationships and making sure the existing partners are satisfied with the solutions and services Ageras is providing
Taking initiative and reaching the sales goals
Participating in relevant events, seminars, exhibitions etc.
Researching for the best potential partners for Ageras in collaboration with different teams in Ageras
Requirements
We are looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager with a humongous sales talent, a strong drive and a high energy level combined with a target-driven mentality. You also have:
Fluent Swedish language skills and a high proficiency in English
Minimum 5 year’s experience with B2B sales (hunting & farming)
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing and ever-changing environment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong negotiation skills
Experience from an accounting firm or from selling to accounting firms is considered an advantage
Experience with partner management is considered an advantage
