About the job

We are looking for a creative designer who can join us for a part-time position or as an intern during summer/fall 2020. If you join as an intern, we hope that you are able to work a part-time job after the internship has concluded. In this job, you get a ton of responsibility and influence. You will get to create graphic design and brand identity for a new product that is cutting edge within HR and recruitment 💪

What you will be doing

• Solve complex design tasks concerning data management, data presentation and data analysis. Most of your tasks will be related to webpage design. Your work will benefit both clients and colleagues, as we depend on your learnings and inputs to create the ultimate User Experience for both recruiters and job seekers.

• Produce high-quality and creative design which is in alignment with the visual identity of Talenthub

• Learn about the connections that design and development have to each other as you collaborate with our developers and create solutions and new functionalities for our software and products. You will get to work in close collaboration with team members from various backgrounds, such as developers, business analysts and sales representatives.

• Create content for advertising purposes such as marketing material in the form of pictures, illustrations and texts for our webpage and SoMe. If you also have experience with Animation-design, motion-graphics or video content this would be highly valued and a great plus!

• Be self-sufficient in managing your schedule and deadlines.

• Participate positively and constructively in discussions about the visual identity of the product and our brand.

• Take part in developing visual guidelines and brand identity for Talenthub in collaboration with our lead designer.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you must like to work in collaboration with people from different backgrounds. However, you still need the motivation to delve deep into independent tasks. You should be passionate about your field of work and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies. You need to be quality-conscious and have a natural flair for aesthetics.

What you need to qualify for this position:

• An expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Adobe XD and Illustrator)

• A natural interest and knowledge about user interfaces and user behaviour

• Creative, open-minded, impact-oriented and not afraid of sharing your ideas

• Relevant educational background

   

What is nice to have:

• Former experience with webpage design, preferably with a basic understanding of simple coding in HTML and/or CSS

• Knowledge of motion graphic and animation

• Previous work experience from a similar role

Experience and interest in animation/motion graphics are considered a huge plus! But it is not a requirement to qualify for this position! We are open for different profiles, educational backgrounds as well as different skill-sets. For this position, we advise you to apply if the work tasks and company sound interesting. The team

In Talenthub, we are currently ten employees with seven different nationalities, making us a diverse and international group (we mainly speak English in the office and on team meetings). We like to see ourselves as an innovative team with an average age of just 28 years. You will be working closely together with our Developers and the Customer Success team. Personal and professional growth is what you can expect from joining Talenthub; you will get loads of responsibility from day one.

Please note that this is a part-time position or an internship. However, if you are a good fit for the role and prove your worth, we are looking for someone interested to join the team full-time in the foreseeable future.
