As a Content Writer, you will - as you can probably imagine - be writing tons of content! 📝
You will become the main driver for executing our strategy of posting continuously on our SoMe platforms. Also, you will support the Customer Success and Product team with newsletters, product updates, white papers and content on the company website.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Write and post texts for SoMe and website
Help with content for our recurring webinars about candidate experience
Write monthly newsletters and help the Development and Product team write product updates aimed at our customers
Proofread and optimise text in sales material, on the webpage and in other relevant presentations
Help define Talenthub’s tone of voice 🗣
Many different backgrounds - school-taught or self-taught - can qualify you and make you a great candidate for this position. Above all, you should have a great sense of why candidate experience matters to both companies and applicants, and you must be eager to learn more about recruitment and HR, as your content will be targeted people who work within these business areas.
As a person, you are genuinely curious and want to learn about almost everything, you pride yourself with getting things done on time with great quality, and you like having beers with your colleagues on Friday afternoons.
What you have learned so far:
Excellent English skills, especially in writing where we expect you to have an above-average vocabulary and know English grammar fairly well
Ready and mature enough to take ownership of your own tasks and responsibilities
You are creative with words and not afraid to take chances
Knowledge of graphic layout and design is definitely an advantage, but not a must
If you have previous experience with video content we consider this a big plus 🎥
