Working closely with the Head of Customer Experience and German Country Management Team, responding to customers' queries via Zendesk (knowledge to the platform is not a must), handling customer inquiries, feedback, product development ideas, reviews, and much more!
Job Description:
Managing and communicating the Nordgreen brand in DACH
Responding to customers' queries received via different platforms;
Assisting with up-selling products on certain pages through Nordgreen's live communication tool (Live Chat);
Gathering and properly collecting product and process feedback;
Manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms;
Assisting with the continuous product development process based on customer feedback and macro-level analyses
Developing and implementing initiatives to improve and automize overall customer experience
Provide regular reporting of customer service complaints to necessary team heads
Skills Required:
Fluent in German
Confident and well-spoken in English
Strong listening, communication, and writing skills
Creative mindset, result oriented & driven
Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethics
Digital affinity is a plus
The start date is flexible, but preferably you are available from the beginning of September.
