Adent’s app lets users make digital consultations with their dental clinic, make self-assessments of their oral health and helps create routines to keep their dental health.
We are looking for an Inbound Sales & Customer Success Consultant to join our team. We are experiencing strong demand for our professional software platform and we are looking for someone who can support potential dental clinic partners. Someone who is passionate about developing B2B partnerships and able to support our partners with their successful use of our platform.
The Role:
Inbound Sales: You will be responsible for inbound sales to interested dental clinics. You are open and outgoing - and have experience with B2B sales and/or support.
Partner Success: You will support our partners with getting off to a great start with our platform and help them with getting onboarded. You will support our partners and ensure that they use our platform in the best possible way. You always have our partners and their success in mind.
Team effort: You will work with our Partnering, Marketing and Technical. Together with your cross-functional partners, you will create the best possible user experience.
Versatility: You are able to get a lot of stuff done. And you are able to continually develop and enhance the process for our unbound sales & customer success.
Fluency in Danish is a requirement.
