We have developed a swept light source technology that makes it possible to take 3D OCT images of the eye. This will improve accuracy and ease of diagnostics of eye diseases. We are looking for a student assistant to handle administrative tasks. You will become part of an ambitious team - bringing new technology to market that will improve the lives of millions of people. This is your chance to get to know the inner workings of a startup – maybe to start your own one day!
You have a commercial or engineering background and are probably studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Engineering or similar. You are interested in innovation and entrepreneurship and thrive in a startup culture, being willing to help out where it is needed.
You will be working on a wide range of task from administrative to communications:
· Writing meeting minutes, e.g. board meetings.
· Assist in project management of DK and EU public funded projects
· Marketing tasks as newsletters, updating company webpage, Linkedin profile etc.
· Assisting in business development from customer CRM to budget and investor presentations
· Handling incoming invoices, purchasing, IT support, handling shipments
You have a background in business or administration. Furthermore you have:
· Excellent Excel skills
· Excellent written communication skills, in both English and Danish.
· Basic math abilities.
· Good PowerPoint skills.
· A high attention to details.
· And a strong “can-do” attitude.
You are able to work independently as well as in a team. You are highly motivated to work in the pioneer atmosphere of a start-up.
