Job duties and responsibilities
As an Assistant to the E-commerce Department your main responsibilities will include:
Order management: lining up vouchers and ensuring the values and orders correspond in a detailed manner on both e-commerce platforms (Prestashop and Woocommerce)
Customer success: processing Dixa and Zendesk tickets; responding to after-sales inquiries and assisting customers with post-order issues, including tracking and delivery; escalating claims, being the point of contact for Facebook customers, etc.
Cash handling: processing payments and refunds
Maintaining and updating products on the e-commerce platform
Any additional support for e-commerce projects
Qualifications
The most important skill in this role is strong attention to detail and a structured approach. Preferably you have experience working with E-commerce or Account Management in a previous role. Therefore if you can tick most of the boxes below we would love to hear from you!
Able to work independently
Well organized with strong attention to detail
You have a natural eye for spotting errors and mistakes
Strong with numbers and advanced excel skills
Experience or interest in webshops
A desire to help improve the overall setup and processes
