This is why we have developed case-solving software that will enable people all over the world to solve real-life cases as part of case competition, recruitment process, etc. The focus is placed on actually presenting their skills instead of relying on a 30-minute exam or a 6-second resume screening.


We are currently in need of an Account Manager, to make sure that all schools and businesses with the same ambitions as we have are presented with our software. 


During this process, we will not ask for your resume before we have invited you to an interview. We will instead ask you to click on the link, fill in your e-mail, complete a behavior profile, and solve a case with focus on lead research and initial dialogue. The candidates with the best match in competence and behavior profile will be selected for a case with focus on sales pitch before the final 5 are chosen for an interview.

 

In the event you are ultimately selected for the job, you will be reporting to and working closely with our CEO and co-founder Thomas. You will be a part of everyday life at the Symbion office in Copenhagen. Thomas has an impressive background in corporate startups and digital transformation. He is a down-to-earth founder who prefers a flat hierarchy, open and honest communication, and relations that build on trust, understanding, and mutual passion for quality.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

·       Conducting sales meetings independently and together with our CEO

·       Lead research, outreach, and initial dialogue

·       Updating and maintaining our CRM system (HubSpot)

·       Discussing sales progression with the founding team

·       Discussing sales growth initiatives with the founding team

·       You are able to speak, read, and write English for professional use

·       You  have a Danish Work Permit

·       You are able to find, analyze, and organize information about organizations and people

·       You present yourself as calm, professional, and informal with a focus on asking and listening to the customer before speaking.

·       You prefer, to a certain point, quality over speed

·       You are comfortable working independently, but also enjoy collaboration
